How do I Enter an Order?

Once you are signed in, you can enter an order using one of these methods:

  1. Using the Search field, enter a Keyword, Model #, Manufacturer or SKU # and click the magnifying glass. Change the quantity if necessary and click on the Add To Cart orange button
  2. Select the arrow down buttons to the right of Products in the orange tool bar. Select a category. Then select from the list of subcategories on the page. Scroll down to find the item. Change the quantity if necessary and click on the Add To Cart orange button

At any time, click on the Cart button in the orange tool bar to review your order.

How do I Enter a Quick Order?

Click on Quick Order in the top right corner. Enter the keyword or SKU #. Change the quantity if necessary and click Add All To Cart & Check Out orange button.

How do I Checkout?

When in your cart, click on the Checkout button. On the next page you can enter a new shipping address. Next select the Shipping Method including Carrier and Method. Enter a unique Purchase Order. Click the Place Order button on the bottom left corner.

How do I Print an Order Confirmation?

Once the order is placed, you can print the Order Confirmation. Scroll down to the bottom of the Confirmation Page and click the gray Print button.

How do I Save an Order?

While in the cart, click on the gray Save Order button to save the order. To access this order, go to My Account in the orange tool bar and click on the order. You can place the Saved Order or delete the Saved Order.

How do I Delete an Item in my Cart?

While in the cart, click on the X next to the item to remove it from the cart.

How do I Change a Quantity in my Cart?

While in the cart, click in the quantity box to update the quantity. The total order amount updates automatically.

How do I Create a Favorite List?

Search for the first item. Click on the short description or the image to go to the product detail page. Click on the Add to My Favorites link which is under the Add to Cart button. There you will be asked to select which list to add it to or create a new My Favorite list.

How do I Find My Favorite Lists?

Go to My Account in the orange tool bar and click on My Favorites. There you can select from your lists in the pull down menu.

How do I Look at Past Orders?

Go to My Account in the orange tool bar and click on Order History. Click on the order you want to review. There you can reorder 1 item or all items on the order. You can also print the order using the gray Print button.

How do I Find a Tracking #?

Go to My Account in the orange tool bar and click on Order History. Click on the order you want to review. There you will find the tracking #(s) for that order.

How do I Change my Password?

Go to My Account in the orange tool bar and click on Account Settings. Enter your existing password, then your new password (twice.) Click Save.

How can I Change my Company's Billing and Shipping Address?

Email Capitol Sales Credit Department at credit@capitolsales.com. Please specify if you are changing your billing address, shipping address, both addresses or adding a new shipping address.

Where do I Find your Freight Policy?

Go to Tools & Resources in the orange tool bar and click on Policies & Forms. There you will find our freight policy at the top of the page.

Where do I Find Directions to your Building?

Go to Contact Us in the top right corner. Scroll down and the directions to our building are at the bottom of the page.
