Technical Sales & Design - Inside B2B Sales Representative

Your role is that of a consultant to help your customers compete with the mass merchandisers by using solutions from the full line of Capitol's consumer electronics and home theater products.

In this challenging, fast-paced position, you will contact dealers by telephone on a proactive, outbound basis to realize new opportunities through application sales and account base management within an assigned territory. Relationship management is maintained through a mix of outbound and inbound calling with minimal face to face customer contact. Price is not the single selling point as we partner with our dealers in providing overall solutions.

We are looking for highly motivated people to initiate and close dealer sales contacts, establish and maintain long-term dealer relationships and who can be successful in a base and then commission position.


Level 2 Technical Support Analyst

Your role is that of a technical support analyst to provide level 1 and level 2 support for Panasonic, Mitel and NEC phone systems and voicemail systems to our customers. Support includes from the basic question of how to change the time on a phone display to complete design, configuration, programming and troubleshooting voice and data systems. This would also include commercial audio and paging type products or other auxiliary type devices that would connect to the main systems.

In this challenging, fast-paced position, you will provide support on a proactive basis to help realize new opportunities through pre-sale and post-sale support. In addition promptly respond to the technical support needs of all internal and external customers.Responding to customer's inquiries and requests for support via telephone and email and routing the inbound requests to other technical support analysts when appropriate. Relationship management is maintained through a mix of outbound and inbound calling with minimal face to face customer contact.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with a high desire to learn new technologies, share that new information with other team members and help the sales staff establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
